1. Services

Verve Atelier provides photography, floor plans, energy performance certification (EPCs), and creative marketing services for property listings. Full details of each service are available on our website.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written or verbal confirmation. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of images or reports until full payment is received.

4. Use of Content

All images, video, floor plans and related media produced by Verve Atelier remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients are granted a licence to use content for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property only. Resale or unauthorised distribution is not permitted.

5. Accuracy & Liability

While we aim for precision in all work, we are not liable for damages resulting from errors in floor plans, EPCs or marketing materials. It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve final outputs prior to publication.

6. Website Use

All content on this website is the property of Verve Atelier. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
