At Verve Atelier, we take great care in delivering high-quality services that meet the creative and practical needs of our clients. We understand that occasionally things may change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund approach.

1. Cancellations

More than 24 hours’ notice: You may cancel or reschedule your booking without charge.

Less than 24 hours’ notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost may apply to cover lost time and preparation.

2. Refunds for Completed Work
Refunds will not be issued for completed services unless there is a clear failure to deliver the agreed scope of work. If you believe a service has not met the agreed standard, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll review the case and, where appropriate, offer a revision, partial refund, or credit toward a future booking.

3. No-Shows
If we arrive at the property and are unable to carry out the work due to inaccessibility, absence of the client, or unprepared space, a call-out fee may apply, and no refund will be given.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand emergencies happen. At our discretion, we may waive cancellation or refund fees in exceptional situations.

5. How to Request a Refund
Please email us at info@verve-atelier.com with your name, booking details, and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
